During the sale of my previous home, I realised I could help the buyers by doing the hard work for them. I could do the searching, inspecting, negotiating, due diligence and ensure the legalities, paperwork and financial side were all in order, leaving them to relax and focus on the fun side of moving…picking out the new paint colours and arranging the furniture.

The Settlement

Yes! Offer accepted! Job done! Not quite...then there's the inspections, solicitors, banks, settlement period...plus a myriad of dramas that could pop up. But don't worry! We handle all the details with third parties:

  2. Talk to the solicitors on your behalf
  3. Help you set up the mortgage and transfer the funds on settlement day
  4. Deal with the unexpected…right up until you have the keys in your hand.
