What geographical area do you cover?

We are Gold Coast experts and have an extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast property market but can help you buy anywhere in Queensland.

There are so many buyer’s agents and real estate agents to choose from. How do I find a good one?

It’s true, there’s a lot of choice out there.  Our best advice is to go with the one that deals with the detail and really takes the time to find out what you want and what your stresses are.  We think we offer that level of service to our clients, which is why we offer an obligation-free chat to make sure we are a good fit for your needs.

Is there a cost in engaging a buyer’s agent?

There is a financial cost, however when you factor in the potential savings you get by not having to do all the work yourself, and what you could save through our expert negotiation services, you’ll find that it is money well-spent to secure one of the largest purchases you’ll ever make.

Can you help me purchase an investment property?

Of course!  We help you to purchase homes for investment or for yourself to live in.  We can advise you on potential rental returns, good areas to buy in to attract good tenants, what typical tenants on the Gold Coast are looking for in a property, and so much more.

Do you take care of property management as well?

Yes we do.  We are experienced in managing properties on behalf of owners and take care of everything from sourcing and vetting tenants, collecting rent, conducting inspections and coordinating tradies for repairs.
